Any damage during shipping or initial defects will be repaired free of charge. Please notify us within 3 days of arrival.
For a period of six months from the date of delivery, we will carry out repairs free of charge, limited to cases of peeling between layers that would cause problems in use. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
If the product breaks down or is damaged due to carelessness or negligence during handling.
If the product breaks down or is damaged during transportation or relocation after purchase.
If the product malfunctions or is damaged due to fire, natural disasters, earthquakes, etc.
